Two different mornings send people here. Part of this shelf is knitted to UPF 50+, which is the band the Skin Cancer Foundation calls excellent and the floor for their own seal. The rest carries 30+, very good in the same scale. The cuff is the thing to look at before you order. It sits close enough that it will not catch on your glove strap, and that is the reason men who play in long sleeves keep going back to a knit polo rather than a woven shirt.

Will a Michel Rouen long sleeve polo bind your shoulder on a swing?

It should not, and the spandex in the knit is why: the sleeve stretches at the top of the backswing and comes back rather than staying pulled. What it is not cut for is layering a bulky jumper over the top. This is the thin layer, and the quarter zips are the ones cut to go over it.
